Manipulation of the call telephony and CRM data (using Microsoft Query and MSSQL) to retrieve data and then produce various reports including in depth telephony data from the Avaya telephony data, caller demographics and reports to identify trends for the senior management team and funding partner.       Leading a team of 4 we are responsible for a variety of ETL processes to enable the business to access accurate data from all areas in one location using SSIS and Snowflake. Responsible for the management of Power BI Workspaces for the business, development of Power BI reports and dashboards and working closely with various departments to ensure their data requirements are being met. Also heavily involved in Operational Processes around the business and system administration of our circulation and publishing system. During its development stage, I was also involved heavily in business process mapping for both existing and “to be” business processes in relation to the system changes and their impact to the Circulation department.Following the system implementation, I have been heavily involved in designing, developing and maintaining a process for integrating our subscriber services website and the new system which involved working closely with the departments Analyst Programmer and System Administrator.I have identified and developed a suite of reports using SQL, Excel and VBA to make live, refreshable reports with real time data accessible to the department.
