  Data Network Manager / Operations Manager NABMy role revolves around ITIL and best practices to manage IT , for Incident , Change ,Problem management on Telstra & NAB systems .Part of my role is also manage changes for projects and representation of Telstra changes into NAB systems .My role is also to look at new projects and look for SPOF (single points of failure) in new and legacy /existing networks . My role also involves knowledge and hands on Adva DWDM and optical Transmission systems used in the delivery of core communications . Testing and analysing faults and problems both in fixed and wireless communications used by Telcos and customers . New projects in setting up communications and distribution of Telstra services with in customers data centre's . Working directly with the customer to help identify and resolve high servery faults and issues .Perform project integration and implementation into BAU/Assurance.
