  I started my career in communications at Llorente & Cuenca, the leading communications consultancy firm in Spain and Latin America. There, tutored by José Antonio Llorente, I learned the basic of the business: how to develop a communication plan, how to interact with a client, how to write a press release, how to difference a good story from something irrelevant... I was account manager for Reuters, Go (British Airways), UBS; UBS Warburg, Doing, Lipper.

  I worked as senior account executive in the world’s largest PR firm in both their Madrid and London offices. I delivered communications strategy to international clients like Dupont, Dade Behring (now Siemens AG), InterGen and national clients like Banco Urquijo.

  QEP is an investment management company founded in 2003 with the purpose of identifiying/ managing alternative private assets mainly in Spain. I´ve managed for six years their corporate communications and some of the portfolio companies: Azuvi, Grupo Forte, Pronave Yecla-Foprar; garnica Plywood, Bellsolá and Alcasa-Befesa.

  For a short and very intense period of time I went back to journalism being part of the team of Ahora a quality free evening newspaper launched by Luis María Anson and directed by Joaquin Vila. A right wing newspaper did not last more than 8 months in the market. I was editor of arts & entertainment. It was an extremely hectic moment of my life.

I offered strategic consultancy service for clients such us: Apax Partners, Socios Financieros, Bancaja Habitat, The Westin Valencia, Roland Berger or Allianz Global Investors.
