  Huawei Technologies is one of the largest telecommunication companies in the world. I have joined Huawei Technologies Bangladesh Limited on the 1st of December, 2015. I was assigned to the Bangladesh Network Technology Department as Core Network Engineer. I worked several months in GrameenPhone 3G Project as CS Core Engineer with MGW, IGW, BSS, MSS, SPS etc. Few of my work as a Core Network Engineer has been stated below.• Set up, installed and integrated new MGWs in Savar and Bogra. • Set up new SPS at Savar and Gazipur. • Took care of the patch and load balance work for Sylhet, Chittagong, Comilla, Faridpur and Jessore site.• Assisted in installing new HLR and solving the issues of the old ones at Bogra site. This program is run by Clemson University and funded by National Science Foundation (NSF) with a view to providing first hand research experience to the undergrad students throughout the summer in the field of Solid-State Devices for Electronics, Photonics, and Magnetics Technology. As a mentor, the goal of my job is to provide my mentee all the support and assistance in terms of background knowledge, research idea, device modeling and fabrication, test station setup, device characterization, data collection etc. At the end of the program, the mentee is supposed to present his/her research by means of poster or/and paper.
