Ship products to three outside sales centers and about a dozen Spudnik Equipment Dealers around the continent. Build successful teams and develop individuals. Work closely with the production floor to stage parts strategically for the manufacturing departments through the plant. Work with purchasing and parts sales to establish safety stock levels, forecasting, and improvement initiatives like VMI and RMA processes.
