      My role was to assist all national and international Distell users with their queries such as : Password resets on active directory Reseting outlook profiles, internet profiles. Unlock SAP accounts. Assisting with all microsoft outlook, word, excel and powerpoint presentation queries. Any and all network related queries. Assisting the clients to login via VPN from the company laptops. Setting up customer profiles for specific printers. Installing updates for work domain pc’s. Monitoring networks, when a specific site is down we will inform the networks team and they will reboot server. Remote desktop connections in order for customers working on a thin client machine to remotely login successfully. Escalate all queries to the second line support and other departments Monitor all incoming and outgoing emails.
