  •Check and attach the mill test certificates and charge number sheet with the delivery notes as per the charge number written in the production tags Checking plans and drawings.•Prepare Material submittals and pre-qualification documents as per the checklist given by the clients Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available.•Prepare the sample boards required for the sales team as and when requested by the sales Manager.•Check client emails forwarded by sales department and provide the requested documents with the approval of the Sales Manager.•Maintain the mill test certificates of raw material used in reinforcement welded wire mesh.•Maintain mill test certificate of reinforcement steel bar.•Maintain tags with corresponding mill test certificate. •Inspect the Cut & Bend division and Wire mesh division output in Factory 1 & 2 and make sure it is as per BS Standard and client requirement.•Prepare Internal Job Order (INJO) & Corrective Action Report (CAR).•Arranging and conducting the Third Party Tests with ACES and other Laboratories.•Maintain mill test certificate of Structural steel bar.
