  I was employed with the Consolidated Energy Consultants Ltd., which is a consultancy organization operating in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) since last so many years. The company is engaged in a wide range of consultancy services covering electrical, mechanical, civil, energy audits and use of non-conventional source of energy. It was also engaged in operating a joint venture organization namely M.P. Wind Farms Ltd. which is a joint venture between Consolidated Energy Consultants Ltd., M.P.U.V.N. (A unit of State Government), and IREDA (Indian Renewable Energy Development Association - A unit of Central Government). CECL has been involved in commissioning of a no. of Wind Turbines at costal areas across country and has also commissioned 15 MW Power Generating station at Jamgodarani hills at Dewas (M.P.) for MPWFL. During my stint with CECL, I was working in the electrical section of the group. In this role, I was primarily responsible to design, construction, testing and commissioning of electrical installation for wind turbines. This therefore included, project planning and budgeting, site visits, project execution and consistent monitoring, inventory control and project MIS.Key achievements with CECL:During my tenure with the CECL Group, I had provided valuable support to the Chief Engineer on all strategic and operational issues.
