  Managed a cohort of 180 volunteers that included recruitment, training, coaching and retention. In 2019, successfully implemented a redesign of the aquarium's guest-facing volunteer program. Maintained a dynamic blended-learning program through an award-winning volunteer on-line community and training portal. Managed all aspects of Guest Engagement departmental programming including trainings and informal learning strategies. Managed all aspects of Guest Engagement departmental training program including interpretive skills, guest service standards and brand personality for a variety of internal aquarium audiences with a focus on frontline staff. Oversaw the live animal programs suite from animal husbandry to staff training. This included animal collection management, program planning and staff performance evaluation.
