  • Studying tenders, understanding the scheme, specifications, and the needs of client / consultants.• Expertise in equipment selection of (Trane) Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, VRV systems.• Estimating the entire project quantities.• Plant room design based on the total load by selecting suitable Chillers, Chilled water pumps, Pressurization unit and dozing systems.• Designing system - variable primary or constant flow primary/secondary systems by selecting suitable Chillers, pumps, and Valve packages for optimal energy management and integration with BMS system.• Preparing both technical and commercial deviation and submitting proposals to client, contractors. • Involvement in deal negotiation/finalization. • Preparation of technical submittal & obtaining necessary information by coordinating with manufacturing facility.• Covering design consultant during pre-tender stage and pitching optimum product suiting the requirement along with specification.• Supporting Procurement team by doing Technical comparison and Technical evaluation of major equipment like Chilled water pumps, Pressurization units, Automatic chemical dozing system, Motorized chilled water valves etc.• Designing of Chemical filtration system based on ISA-71.04-2013/ISO 10121 standards.• Designing of clean room air-conditioning &Filtration systems. عرض أقل
