Plan and provide professional development for county and school regarding classroom management, data analysis, technology; coaching teachers by helping them find goals and instructional practices for their classroom that fits best practices; My classroom served as a district model classroom for teachers to observe my classroom instructional strategies, classroom management, and best practices to see what they could take back and incorporate into their classroom. In addition, it was open for principals and county employees to observe and share within the district as well.
