      ▪ Responsible for creating a more comprehensive service offer to large end users than what SKF could manage with internal competencies.▪ I created and managed a portfolio of Alliance Partners ▪ I created “reference case customers” in order to gain fast acceptance and implementation of performance based service contracts through high level selling / negotiations with leading companies.▪ One of the first performance based contracts was established at the VCP Pulp and Paper mill, Brazil, in 2000 together with the Alliance partner Mobil.
