      - Boosted over 200 students’ academic outcome from the average score of 33% to 48% in diagnostic test (initially around 40% of students cannot perform division), using various methods as followed;- Initiated student score-tracking system, a system which allows students to track assignment scores and rewards from favorable behaviors, to instill responsibility and grit, resulting in 81% of students completing all assignments on time comparing to 40% in the first semester - Developed savings project to empower the students financially by assisting them in setting financial goals, resulting in an increase in financial literacy and 50% achieving their target- Initiated and co-managed a club to help 10 students with learning disabilities, in which 5 shows remarkable improvement by being able to do basic computations and developing positive attitude Show less
