  My role is to Educate and Instruct students in the upper division course of Organizational Psychology. This course focuses on matters relating to the field of industrial and organizational psychology. Topics covered includes leadership, team effectiveness, theories on motivation, organizational culture/climate and organizational change. Plan and execute the overall mission of our organization. The goal of the organization is to provide a pathway for students to succeed in their academic career through a diverse mix of activities relating to academics, personal enrichment and health. In addition, develop training plans for team members to improve upon their skills and abilities in their pursuit of fulfilling our mission. Manage all facets (operational, fiscal and technical) of federal grant on an annual basis in the area of Education.
