  As the Compliance/Privacy Officer, I collaborate with the Senior Leadership team, legal counsel, department heads, and staff to manage the enforcement of all compliance and privacy policies, including state and federal regulations (Stark Law, HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, HHS, etc.). This position oversees, operates, and maintains the Compliance Program, training, internal audit and investigates all potential complaints, issues, and potential risks. The Compliance/Privacy Officer ensures that all companies have appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the access and privacy of Protected Health Information (PHI), along with ensuring patients’ rights are protected in compliance with federal and state laws.
