      After three years in an administrative support role for a key sales team, I accepted a new position managing online account setup for new and renewing clients. My responsibilities included entering client information into our online account management platform with a high degree of accuracy and monitoring service commitment dates to ensure timely implementation.       Hired to manage a one-person department within Humana’s South Florida office, I brought new life into an underperforming wellness program, developing a comprehensive regional strategy to improve program offerings and participation while strengthening budget management, training, and internal operations.Working closely with our account management team, I launched the HumanaVitality Program for major public- and private-sector clients in the region, coordinating the rollout schedule and follow-up events.To meet diverse client needs while keeping costs low, I cultivated and developed strategic partnerships with a large vendor network offering a wide range of services.
