As of today, 65… Show more At the beginning of 2018, the Honeywell Research Chemicals business implemented a new GTM strategy to become distributor led. As part of our transformation, The RC Marketing team partnered with the Marcom team to launch a Concierge Program for the flagship product line: Hydranal. The team launched the campaign in June 2018 and within the first week we got more than 20 requests from distributors to participate in the Hydranal campaign – showing the program popularity. As of today, 65 distributors have decided to participate in the Hydranal campaign and the Marcom team has provided 50 distributors with their co-branded marketing material and are starting to use it. As distributors deploy the content with their customers, we are realizing promising results with an increase in order intake. The order intake (in USD) is up 27% for 10 distributors in EMEA that launched the Hydranal campaign before Sep 18. For the 5 previous months of 2018 (Apr to Aug) we observed a decrease in order intake compared to 2017. The Hydranal concierge program could turn this around. In addition, we received brilliant feedback from distributors on the set up, the assets and the organization of the program. Here one example from Thommen-Furler (a distributor in Switzerland): They expressed a big compliment for the concierge program and the excellent support, a real differentiator compared to our competition. They created translated content to multiple languages, co-branded microsites, and developed digital and print marketing collateral for distributors to use to stimulate demand for Honeywell Research Chemicals products. Since implementing our Concierge program to localize marketing collateral with our premium distributors, we have increased our daily rate of sales in September to $542k per day versus $491k per day for the first half of 2018 (H1).
