  Urban Local Body (ULB) Framework is a tool which will provideeGovernance System is an ERP system developed and suitable for Urban Local Bodies. This system contains more than 25 modules catering G2C, G2G, G2B and G2E services. The project is implemented for more than 6 million of citizens of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.The following are the different activities handled by me: Requirement gathering, analysis and preparation of various deliverable documents for the project: - BRS & FRS (Business & Functional Requirement Specifications) - SRS (System Requirement Specifications) - RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix) - QAT & UAT (Quality & User Acceptance Testing) - Working with testing team for Test Case Preparation - Defect management - Customer Management - Application go-live support and client communication and deliverable signoff Show less Hospital Management & Information System (HMIS) is the computer-based medical information system for patient care and hospital management. HMIS computerizes financial, administrative, patient care activities of hospital, generates extensive management reports, operational statistics & offers a powerful query module. It generates as well as maintains Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and makes it available across the hospital.The following are the different activities handled by me:- Team management of 14 people- Server Configuration- Application Implementation and Testing- Work on Requirement gathering and Continuous Enhancement of different modules of the system - Prepare UATs & Test Cases- SPOC of PRs & CRs came from client side- SPOC of Backup related activities in project like taken daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly backup on TAP- Deployment of the system at different hospitals across State- Troubleshooting the problems occurred in Application and Database Experienced in configuring systems and testing.
