  As the product lead , I have successfully led a multidisciplinary team of 20 specialists, including experts in Development (Low-Code), Design, Product, Data, and IT. Our primary objective has been to accelerate evoyo's growth by developing innovative digital products that enhance customer experience and improve our processes.Achievements:Released a Customer-facing e-home configuration tool, empowering customers to make informed decisions about making their homes more sustainable. This tool has played a vital role in converting MQL to SQL, resulting the removal of any manual work.Developed and launched an Invoicing application specialized for heating customers. Presently, over 2,000 customers are being efficiently invoiced on a monthly basis using this tool, streamlining the billing process and improving customer satisfaction.These achievements have been accomplished by overcoming various technical and operational challenges, such as seamless integration with existing systems and ensuring scalability to accommodate the growing customer base. Show less As the Product Team Lead, I have successfully led a team of 10 product owners, developers, designers, and data specialists in digitalizing evoyo's operations. Show less As Product Owner, I was responsible for the lifecycle of different products in the evoyo digital landscape.Achievements:- Launched evoyo her own operational platform called eos. I was accountable for the whole project which just took 6 months from idea to implementation. I led a team of business analysts, Developers and business owners in the process from tech selection until release. More than 100 employees are using eos on a daily basis. - Successfully implemented enterprise Ticketing Software for our servicedesk. I was responsible for selection, configuration, migration and training. More than 50 users are using this solution on a daily basis to support our customers. Show less
