With a sharp downturn in the construction market and a deterioration in business results due to the sharp rise in procurement costs due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, it led significant discrepancy in management policy between me and Noriyuki Ido who was a major shareholder and a consultant at the time so that resigned from CEO and left the company.
