Took the lead on mentoring the next cohort of counselors to work with campers with disabilities in the inclusion program. - Responded to various mental-health related issues in the wake of COVID and provided support to CITs- An extremely high percentage of CITs chose to work at camp the following summer, and those who did were exceptional staff membersSummer 2020- Created and implemented a new 7-week virtual training curriculum due to camp being closed from COVID- CITs who participated virtually and worked at camp the following summer performed excellently, demonstrating the effectiveness of the virtual training experience Show less
