The feature saves the customer frustration over shipments and the Customer Service Representative’s time to look up the information.- Designed and developed a custom B2C eCommerce application in VB6 to interface between the commerce website and enterprise system for billing and shipment. This application processed transactions worth $16 million in revenue over 13 years.- Responsible for documentation of PCI compliance of customer payment card information, saving Kodak its reputation with customers and thousands of dollars in penalties.
