  Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Specialist

  Assess and control hazardous situations and high risks of revenue leakage whether internally or externally to level and control those risks to remain in an acceptable level. Partnership with Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Operations to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage. Attend cross-departmental meetings and provide insight on financial/process decisions. Approve configuration of new products and changes on production systems before implementation. Create queries and reports to support ongoing monitoring of initiatives as well as ad-hoc reports as required. Perform data manipulation and analysis mostly using Oracle to perform reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Create executive level reporting and presentations.
