Our group was tasked with creating a report that put forwards ways in which to increase engagement of the workers, both paid and volunteer for the organisation and how in which the company could implement such practices. We were one of 10 groups selected out of over 40 groups who had undertaken this project. This project consisted of myself and my group working in collaboration with everything we have learned throughout our undergraduate degree in forming a new HR policy for our client. With our consistent hard work and innovative ideas in meeting our client needs we were chosen as one of the top groups undertaking the unit. Show less
