   I am the Production Manager. I oversee Production and Engineering department. I report to the COO of the company. I am also Heading the Research and Development Department. I was able to source for good varieties of Tomatoes locally, Crushed, concentrated and develop Tomato paste products and packaged in sachet. I formulated recipe and developed drinks products packaged in PET Bottles known as SOOSH DRINKS. ( Pineapple, Orange, Mango, Apple, Blackcurrant etc). I also develop Tomato in Sachet known as KRUSH Tomato paste and KRUSH Pepe Paste. I have developed Hibiscus Species plant products known as ZOBO drinks that is available in Abuja and six other states closed to Abuja.   I started the role of Factory Manager in Tomato Jos Farming & Processing Limited in January, 2020. Tomato Jos is an Agribusiness company, specialized in providing high quality Tomatoes in Nigeria. I am responsible for building a new team and setting up a new plant that launch operations for the production and packaging of Tomato Paste in Nigeria (A Greenfield project within the existing company). I am responsible and accountable for all aspects of plant operations and performance and ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that is consistent with food safety and quality standards that will satisfy the company’s local and foreign customers.
