  Executive Support Manager to Commander Australia Fleet (Flag Lieutenant)

  - Act as the point of contact for call, event and meeting requests to Commander Australia Fleet (COMAUSFLT).- Maintain all aspects of COMAUSFLT diary.- Ensure COMAUSFLT attends, and is prepared for all diary commitments.- Plan, book, coordinate and administer all COMAUSFLT events including travel, functions and activities.- Request and coordinate briefs from appropriate agencies in support of a call on, meeting with, or visit by COMAUSFLT.- Interagency liaison between COMAUSFLT and other organisations.- Accompany COMAUSFLT on all domestic and international travel to coordinate all activities, provide personal support, advisory support and administrative support.- Brief COMAUSFLT on all routine, sensitive and priority issues while away from the office.- Ensure COMAUSFLT's travel administrative and resourcing requirements are complete.- In consultation with the Admiral's Secretary, provide guidance and direction to Office of Fleet Command staff.- Provide protocol and ceremonial advice to naval and joint units nationally.- Escort visiting dignitaries when they call on COMAUSFLT and perform other escort duties as required.- Perform ceremonial duties as and when required, including accompanying COMAUSFLT on all parades and ceremonial events.- Provide general oversight of COMAUSFLT official functions.- Coordinate with COMAUSFLT's Personal Assistant (PA) to plan and procure official gifts.- Financial reporting and compliance management.- Maintain registers of gifts given by and received by COMAUSFLT- Liaison with international engagement staff and foreign posts for COMAUSFLT official travel and senior military/ political meeting coordination and reporting.- Liaise with the Strategic internal and external advisory agencies to ensure COMAUSFLT is provided with appropriate military public affairs support.- Draft and conduct all necessary research for presentations and speeches.- Raise official correspondence as directed by COMASUFLT.
