  ● Collaborated and assisted sprint calls with teams to develop dashboards for New York Transit & MTA Buses(Aware and Care discussions for each employee, Personal Action Dashboard for bus operators, Maintenance for Buses) using various data visualization tools.● Supported the team to deliver behavior analysis models that tracks behavior and safety patterns of bus operators which has reduced absences of the bus operator by 44% and has solved business problems by leveraging data and analytics.● Automated weekly reports from Tableau and Power BI to help the Department of Buses to understand the bus operator absences(over 40 plus absences), accidents and conduct a disciplinary action based on the reports.● Created joins and used data from different data sources for getting the most appropriate reports.
