The position demands complete responsibility from the start to the end (excavation to turn-over) of the project, thus requiring extensive knowledge of the latest construction project management methods, techniques and practices. With DCI I have delivered two international hotel chain base buildings: A hotel that originated from France which is Novotel by Accor and the Lub D Hotel chain of Thailand. Also, my stint highlights were delivering these projects with great client satisfaction: A premium 4-storey multiple townhouses (Circulo Verde Garden Homes), 38-Storey Condominium (2 Torre Lorenzo), 32-Storey Luxury Condominium (Skyvillas) and a Lifestyle Events Center (Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan).Major Achievements and, or Responsibilities as Safety Committee Advisor:The role entails good counselling and recommendation to the General Contractor’s Project Manager which is the Safety Committee Chairman for the betterment and direction of the Project in terms of overall Site Safety Management.
