  Plan and implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. Train and mentor new hires on our database and how it integrates it's function with our material flow management system. Uses Independent judgment and discretion to establish and monitor the delivery, service, and non-production plan that best utilizes the resources of the Service Center and produces the desired efficiencies. Provided ongoing analysis in areas such as transportation costs, past due orders, and delivery processes. Computed reporting metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turns. Conferred with logistics management teams to determine ways to optimize service levels and minimize cost. Beta tested and provided feedback on a new delivery system which resulted in changes to the initial product prior to company roll out. Managed 38 drivers, 30,000 customers in 3 different states. Responsible for expense control and increased efficiency. Part of a 3 person Management Team overseeing operations at 25 district locations throughout the state of GA and SC. Primary responsibilities included Accounts Receivable, Fraud Prevention and Detection, Compliance with DOT and company requirements, Interviewing potential employees, and rolling out New Company Initiatives.
