  As the Facility Operations Supervisor, I help lead the team in the setup of tables, chairs and AV equipment for conferences, sports equipment for a variety of sports and am the point of contact for conferences and sports tournaments. Tasks include looking at Banquet Event Orders to determine room needs for each event and our internal scheduling software to determine which sports equipment needs set up. Handle large conversions of sports surfaces from one sport to another in a quick and efficient manner. Frequent contact with event and tournament clients to ensure all needs are satisfied and any changes are accommodated.
