      I completed my Bachelor's degree in Communication Design in January 2016. Throughout my coursework, I gained a deep appreciation for the importance of working independently and taking responsibility for my work. Using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I was able to turn those ideas into tangible projects and increase my technical knowledge in the process.I'm also proud to share that my Bachelor's thesis, which focused on the intersection of design and technology, was awarded the "Preis des Hochschulrats" prize by the university.       I'm excited to share about my work as a coordinator for a volunteering program at Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V. that supports women with refugee or migration backgrounds. Working directly in refugee accommodation, I organized a tandem-matching program "Girls for Girls" between female refugees and German women to promote cross-cultural exchange and support.The concept and corporate design for this program, called "Girls for Girls," were developed in collaboration with Marilen Rauch and Patricia Reiners during my communication design studies at Hochschule Mainz back in 2015. It's been incredible to see the impact of this program over the years, as women from different backgrounds come together to learn from one another and build lasting relationships.I'm proud to have been a part of this initiative and to have worked with such a dedicated team at Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V. Together, we were able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of many women and promote greater understanding and inclusion in our communities. I'm also thrilled to see that the "Girls for Girls" program I helped develop is still going strong today at Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V.. Show less
