Deep and detailed interaction with the client as the schedule requires a combination of SIT, UAT and Certification testing in parallel. Bringing the testing schedule back on track, managing defects and preparing the Implementation Plan with the Imp. Manager. Heavy use of Agile methodology. This project has involved the definition of RQMS/EPICs and STORIES to create the test plan in Jira, alongside the management of test teams to execute the testing. I’ve produced daily status reports for the project reporting, as well as getting involved in the defect triage and management. Show less

  Managing the changeover of credit card provider for a retail company. I was responsible for test and defect management from the UAT phase into post-Production support. This was a portfolio of approx. 1M existing cardholder accounts with the remit to provide a system capable of handling 5M new accounts and cards. My role incorporated reviewing the system architecture and business requirements in order to create a cohesive set of functional and non-functional test cases, using Jira and Confluence as the key repositories.Working with 3rd party providers, offshore and onshore development and test resources, we implemented this large project with just a one week delay to the original timelines.
