  Operations Support for Sarawak Asset of Sarawak Shell Berhad inclusive of closing Audit Items findings for all 6 locations; viz. E11, F23, F06, M01, M03 & B11 Complexes.As Administrator, Coordinator and Custodian for Sarawak Asset Action Tracker Tool (SAAT). It is a One Stop data deposition tool to document the action items of key Sarawak Asset Meetings and Audit Action Items. All Action Items, Action Parties, Due Dates, Priority, Issue, Actions Taken (Status) and their progress under Sarawak Operations Manager’s custodianship (includes Cluster Manager Satu, Cluster Manager Dua/Tiga and Production Manager) will be more “transparent” to the Operations Management and can be monitored and viewed by others as well.Subsequently, actions will no longer be tracked in any basic productivity tool (Excel, Word, Power-point) which they easily fall through the cracks (mistakenly deleted or file is corrupted or lacked transparency for leadership intervention). The scope however excludes ORIP/RCA actions and Fountain incident actions which are presently tracked via established MTA/ORIP and FIM systems. Show less
