My focus was on creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows vendors to easily register, manage their opening and closing times, handle in-app transactions through a dedicated wallet system, and interact with customers via an integrated messaging platform. I also streamlined the KYC process, enabling vendors to complete it directly within the app, significantly improving the user experience.
