About me

I am a People Business Partner with over 10 years of experience aligning people strategy with business growth across industries. At WeWork India, I’ve played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from inception, partnering with leaders to shape workforce planning, org design, leadership hiring, and succession pipelines. I specialize in leveraging HR technology to drive engagement and strategy. I manage Amber by Infeedo, an AI-enabled employee experience platform, to deliver real-time insights, inform leadership decisions, and embed data-driven engagement practices. As Chairperson of the POSH Committee, I lead governance, compliance, and grievance redressal, ensuring a culture of fairness, safety, and accountability. I also handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and empathy, balancing organizational risk with employee advocacy. My contributions in DEI and employee experience have helped WeWork India secure multiple awards, including Great Place to Work® Certification, ET Awards, and recognition among India’s Best Workplaces in DEI & for Women (2025). My goal is to enable organizations to grow sustainably while building inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
