      The Sports Medicine Program Manager supervises the athletic trainer (AT) clinical extender team, the outreach AT staff, and partners with sports medicine care teams to improve access to care, efficiency of operations, quality of care and programming, and patient/athlete satisfaction. This position supports the operations of existing programs including physician specialty practices, high school outreach, and league partnerships; assists in the creation and management of new product lines; leads community outreach efforts which include fostering relationships with schools, leagues, professional organizations, and networks; and coordinates AT event coverage, PPEs, concussion baseline testing, promotional events, and academic conferences.
