  · Worked in the epsilon lab in NTU, and in Seletar.· Was a part of the M250H Energy storage system team. · Worked closely with Li-ion batteries, performed various cold plate and battery temperature testing, cells cycling and cell ageing test with cyclers with different ratings. · Learned software like SolidWorks, Autodesk fusion 360, Ansys.· Involved technical discussion and supported in sub module integration of components and test preparation.· Designed wiring for final module and edited tolerances for thermal runaway module in SolidWorks. · Made few drawings for the final module components in SolidWorks.· Redesigned the template for heater design in SolidWorks.· Performed 3D printing for cell holder for thermal runaway module with epsilon 3D printer. · Performed EIS test for the batteries as well.· Arranged module to test for the thermal runaway.· Learned a few hand skills like spot welding, soldering, crimping etc. · Supported technically on few Final Year Project for Undergraduate Students on their projects. I took part in major CM to gain knowledge and exposure along with the maintenance team.· Completed probation of 6 months by achieving 40% of training sessions fulfilled and joined shift team to perform my role. · Investigated to find the root cause of the errors in tools and follow up with necessary action from the tool owner.· Fetched and compiled data of specific error types with high counts and resolved the problem by completing reteaching with new server data for those respective locations which resolved in reducing the frequency of errors.
