      In October 2022 I decided to take a remote career boot camp with the University of South Florida as a part of their Career Training and Professional Education courses. During my time with Springboard, I gained experience with front-end and back-end software engineering learning the fundamentals like HTML and CSS, in addition to JavaScript, Python, Flask, SQL, Node, Express and more!

      Activities and Societies: National Honors Society, Student Government Association, National History Day, Art Club, Choir. Due to my tenacity for learning, I opted for accelerated graduation and was able to finish my high school diploma early. I was an astute student and I was inducted into our chapter of National Honors Society. In addition, I won awards for my projects during districts for National History Day. Towards the end of my time at Weeki I was given an award due to my work in Weeki Wachee High School's choir and fine arts programs.

      I worked part-time as a peer math tutor in the academic success center at Pasco Hernando State College North Campus. During my time here I primarily taught developmental math, intermediate algebra, college algebra, pre-calculus, and trigonometry to other students. I also was able to help students prepare for presentations apart of public speaking in addition to helping students edit and cite sources using Modern Language Association (MLA) formatting.
