Guiding the partient through informed consent for adults and Informed assent for children in age Gap of 10-18yrs.3. Performing phlebotomy for Blood Slide(B/S) for Malaria or Rapid Malaria Diagnostic Test (mRDT) together with the Dried Blood Spot (DBS). 4. Labelling the DBS , attaching strip and recording the details in the DBS monitoring sheet.5.
