      Our department was recruiting viciously during this time and we needed a strategy to get the new resources up and running as fast as possible. I was responsible for:Up skilling and orientating the departments technical resources on the different system components. Organized our Graduate Recruitment day.Key Achievements: I developed the departments first Orientation Program which is a 3 day program with multiple facilitators and executive guests. Process and Policy Development and Training. Created and / Contributed toward a number of internal ITSM and ITIL process development and created a few departmental policies. Headed up the Training of our off-shore resources. During this period I was on leave from April and returned to work in August. Show less Was the technical owner of the Vitality Core System for our AIA Carrier. Managed the relationship with other Application owners / Account Managers / Development Managers, and ensured that business objectives were met in the technical process. Managed / coached / and mentored / a team of 6 specialist resources, specifically resourcing and scheduling in the SDLC processes. Managed the technical roadmap for Vitality Core Systems (Development and Application Support / Standby) for Singapore and Australia which included 4 initial launches and 1 re-launch. 3 Years experience operating in an Agile fashion and 4 years in waterfall. I also played the role of the Product Owner during this period.Key Achievements, - part of the broader team that successfully rolled out Singapore and Australia Vitality. It was also the first implementation of the new Vitality Policy Manager. It was during this time that my knowledge of the broader systems and integration points became extensive. Member of the Business Analyst Working Group and specific work streams to assist define and develop and govern the BA frameworks.Key Achievements:Internal processes and admin Champion. SME on at least 70% of the Vitality Core System Components.I have been involved with the roll out / projects of Vitality Systems for all of our international clients: 10 clients (USA, HK, China, Singapore, Australia, Europe etc.)The biggest project I undertook was the Vitality Policy Management System Re-write - multiple integration points and upwards of 6 external business units to cater for. Documented the Business Case, Customer Requirements, Product Requirements which included Functional, Interface and non-functional Use cases. (A blocked out version can be requested). The system is live and running in all International Markets rolled out from 2013.I was sent to the US, Chicago once and Kentucky twice to Knowledge Transfer to team members / business clients located in country.I have been nominated 3 times in the last 3 years for a Star Award (highest internal recognition program) and 3 Dazzling Moments in 2012. Show less I was approached for this position, Solutions Analyst reporting to one of the Program Manager for Destiny Health - because of my expert knowledge of the product, benefits, processes and systems. I was responsible for researching, planning and recommending software or business process solutions. Unfortunately, or rather fortunately the operations in South Africa was shutting down and our small systems team was seconded to other system areas within Discovery.
