      Tennis Instructor

Sports and tennis in particular is something I am very fascinated about! Combining that with a passion for making people realize their potential working as a tennis instructor is a great joy! I believe that tennis is something you master with both the right mind-set and skill-set. Therefore, I carefully balance reflection and quantity, tactics/psychology and technique, and will-training with skill-training. And of course it is important to laugh as much as possible!Experience from beginner to elite level in all ages. Educated tennis coach, both by the Swedish Tennis Association and from over ten years of competing in Sweden and in the US. Show less

      Oct 2015 - Mar 2022

SI, Supplemental Instruction, is an academic support model with the purpose to increase retention and improve grades in targeted historically difficult courses, and improve graduation rates. SI utilizes peer-assisted study sessions that are regularly scheduled, informal review sessions in which students process the material from the ordinary tutoring. Students learn how to integrate course content and study skills while working together. SI is a free service offered to all students in a targeted course. SI is a non remedial approach to learning as the program targets high-risk courses rather than high-risk students. The sessions are facilitated by “SI leaders”, students who have previously done well in the course.- Led Sweden’s largest SI project, Regional SI-platform, that also spread to Norway and South Africa.- Trained and mentored school management, teachers, and SI leaders in partnership with 50+ schools.- Conducted and published international research on peer learning methodology and its impact on student retention and success.- Secured sustainable funding by cultivating relationships with external stakeholders and sponsors.- Represented Lund University at global conferences, sharing best practices and innovations in education.
