  As a Customer Service Representative for Lufthansa, I worked closely with customers receiving in-bound calls regarding their flight bookings. Whether it was to create new bookings, alter existing ones, or to resolve any issues they might have faced, I strived to deliver the best experience that one would expect of a luxury airliner. I quickly was promoted to working in the Training department to work with new hires in developing the needed skills and competencies to perform at a high level.

  As a Correctional Officer I worked on the front-line with a team of Correctional Services staff to assist and aid offenders in their rehabilitation and reintegration efforts. As a CX-1 I was responsible for the safety and security of the institution first - I successfully did this through strong communication, observation, attention to detail, conflict-resolution, and good judgement. I worked closely with other parties involved to work towards the organizations mission.

  As a Real Estate Agent, I worked closely with clients who were needing the skills of an agent in either purchasing or selling real estate. I often worked with numerous clients at the same time, paying close attention to their unique needs, and working with other agents in negotiating favourable outcomes for my clients. Being able to assist my clients in such a complex and often emotional time in their lives was extremely rewarding.
