When I look back, I honestly don't know how I even functioned. It started in my 30's with weird headaches, cramps in my feet and hands that lasted for days, nightly heart palpitations that would make me cough and trigger asthma attacks, severe allergies, and by the time I got to my 40's, I was bleeding so heavily during my monthly cycle that I would go through a full box of tampons in 48 hours. I was barely functioning. I didn't get anywhere in the medical community and I had given up. Nobody knew how I was just fighting for my life on the inside. When I ended up in the hospital on vacation, I decided if anything was going to take my life back, I was going to have to do it myself so I did. It took me awhile but I did. I was fortunate to find a couple of wonderful women that put me on the path to healing. I also found a program that really was the last piece of the puzzle and got my certification in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Through what I have learned, I have taken my life back and you can too. I know how hard your life is.
