      I owned the Revenue Operations function for a global business unit with $100M+ in annual revenue, supporting Sales and Services delivery for government and healthcare clients. I drove business insights and analytics using Salesforce dashboard and report functionality for pipeline management, forecasting and sales execution processes. I acted as a subject matter expert for the business unit I support with the rollout of Salesforce CPQ, as well as quote to cash operations that spanned Salesforce, DocuSign and Oracle applications. I led business streamlining efforts that saved Merative a 1.0 FTE role in 2023. Upon divestiture from IBM, I migrated CRM and contract data for a $50M+ maintenance & support book of business from IBM systems into Salesforce CRM.
