  Responsible for administration of the Goldie B. Floberg Center. Responsible for hiring and developing administrative team staff. Responsible for ensuring that the Center meets or exceeds all applicable regulatory standards. Responsible for (working with the Director of Development) overseeing fund raising programs and for developing new fund raising programs. Behavior analytic responsibilities included conducting functional assessments, reviewing and analyzing functional analytic and other behavioral data, conducting and reviewing preference assessments, developing and implementing behavior treatment plans, and consulting internally on the development of behavior treatment plans. Responsible for the development and implementation of agency quality assurance systems. Monitoring departments to ensure that expenditures are within budget targets. Responsible for the coordination of new client intake. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for the development and maintenance of agency technology infrastructure (server maintenance and network management and database development using FileMaker Pro). Directly supervised a team of 15-21 staff consisting of Case Management, QIDP, kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, and CCI Supervisory staff and indirectly supervise FT and PT direct care staff. Major responsibilities include working closely with various staff from the Illinois DCFS and DHS on a variety of issues, management of program quality assurance systems, monitoring departments to ensure that expenditures are within budget targets, coordination of all children’s program client referrals and intakes, course coordinator and instructor for the Center’s direct care staff training program, member of the Senior Management Team, chairman of the Behavior Intervention Committee, QIDP and DSP responsibilities as needed.
