  As Distance Learning Coordinator at Delgado, I launched and scaled Louisiana’s first fully online adult education program, growing enrollment from 30 students to over 3,000 statewide. This award-winning program, recognized as the COABE State Innovation of the Year, was built on a foundation of continuous improvement and strong partnerships with 15 community colleges. I led a distributed team of 40+ educators, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented culture that increased program retention by 65% and enrollment by 85%.   As Project Manager for the SkillRise Initiative at ISTE, I oversee a suite of technical projects aimed at advancing digital skills training and improving learning outcomes in Adult Education and Workforce Development programs. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, I developed an innovative coaching model that increased online course completion rates by 40% and enhanced digital adoption within partner organizations. I also supported research into skills-based hiring, producing tools that support the adoption of tools that support effective career navigation. Collaborating with C-Suite leaders, I co-created the Profile of a Lifelong Learner framework, designed to guide educational organizations in fostering lifelong learning.
