I leverage my knowledge from CIPD to advise SMEs on development best practices through the use of neural science, scientific research, instructional design, evidence-based practices and andragogical principles. To achieve that, we use a diagnostic English Test, among other tools, to benchmark candidates' proficiency in communication so as to gauge whether they meet clients' criteria. Hence, it is my responsibility to design instructional material for use in assessing candidates' proficiency in the English language.
