  ♣ Designing plant system according to the defined project scope and boundaries with proper♣ Equipment (Rotary equipment, Pressure vessel & Column, Storage tanks & heat exchangers) creation &nozzle positioning.♣ Equipment is being positioned on the 3D model according to the coordinates (N, E&EL).♣ Route the piping with valves and instruments from the equipment nozzle according to the P&ID and process, and assign the design/operating pressure, hydro test pressure, material specifications, insulation thickness and line ID.♣ Based on the stress analysis report (CAESAR II), the piping system will update include pipe supports, hanger supports, limit stops, and guides, and a PCF file has been generated for the analysis.♣ Coordinating with the SP3D/E3D administrator to establish the new piping specification, naming rule, drawing title block details, and the coordination system.♣ Creating the secondary support for piping as defined by Structural Engineer.♣ Customized Valve, instrument and equipment import to databases. And assign the tag number.♣ Gathering the bill of materials and additional details from the 3D CAD model.♣ Clear errors and warnings from the TO-DO list, verify the clash report, and resolve any identified issues.♣ Export drawings the Micro Station DGN file for details development.♣ From the drawing console extract the Piping Isometric into the piping line ID, As well as piping plan layout, Equipment plan layout, piping key plan & Structural details drawing.♣ Assign the drawing number and title block details.♣ For As-build, SP3D/E3D implemented the piping and equipment model for the vendor provided skid piping in accordance with the approved NMR document.♣ As per instrumentation hook-up drawing Control valves, pressure gauge, thermowell… etc. developing with piping design.♣ Backup the As-built SP3D/E3D database and release to client.♣Smart drawings implement by Micro station and submit as DGN file and PDF for construction.
