      Assisted in teaching biology, arithmetic, culinary arts, and history to diverse classes of 20+ students through garden-based learning. Designed and maintained large edible gardens, outdoor classrooms and urban farmspace on several school campuses throughout New Orleans. Also led after-school “garden clubs” for aftercare students.
