  Maintenance engineer

  Let me tell you my quality I have that you should not missed. I have good management skill as I was managing many area as a Maintenance Engineer while at the same time I also the ESD engineer who control ESD for whole production line. Preventive Maintenance was also my responsibility which I need to arrange the machine service schedule to avoid machines break down during production running. I also need to understand the specific needs for the machines during PM activity. In additional I have knowledge in engineering drawing. I have experience to manage a project of product design and prototype fabrication during my studies. All that skill goes nowhere as I also incharge in jig control which involve from jig procurement, jig assembly, jig testing and proceed to jig control for in and out quantity to production. Besides that I also manage all measuring equipment for calibration including internal and external calibration. When it comes to Production I am a LEAN practitioner, in which I was certified with LEAN Yellow Belt Certificate and Advance Lean Practitioner Certificate. I was trained for RWF calculation.
